Pissed off is when the Certified Novell Engineer level 5 administrator gives you the wrong utility to update the ROM on the array controller ..not once.. but twice..

I hate this job.. April 25th can't come fast enough.

I would have called him, but uh.. he left at 3:30 pm. like he does every day. I like the guy. He's a great novell admin, but man... come on.
