Yahoo Mail App Issues On Motorola Android

Hi folks

I wondered if anyone might be able to help with problems I'm having with the Yahoo Mail app on my Motorola G56.

1. Email text being deleted. If I share a web page from my web browser/YouTube app/etc, to Yahoo, and then start typing further text into the email, after so long pressing enter deletes the vast majority of the text (leaving just the first few letters of the hyperlink/URL).

2. If I scroll through my Inbox, after so many emails in the list it reaches a point here I get a spinning icon at the bottom and it won't load any beyond that. Also, of the ones it has loaded, the dates jump around. It will do a whole section chronologically, but then jump forward several weeks and go from there.

3. Another problem when sharing from YouTube etc... It opens up the Yahoo Mail App, but the email writing page doesn't open. Instead, I get a blank page and a spinning icon and it doesn't get passed that.

Other info...

- This is a new phone. Problem #1 used to happen on my old phone a long time ago, but then got fixed somehow. That being said, the problem has returned on my old phone now as well.

- Problem #2 always happened on my old phone as well.

- My old phone was a Motorola G50.

- When I got my new phone, I did one of those transfers between phones (so that the new one had all the same apps, wallpaper, etc).

- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Yahoo Mail App but the problems didn't go away.

I've found workarounds for the problem.... Sharing to a second account I have (gmail), writing any additional text, and then sending to Yahoo for filing. Seems to be working fine doing that.

Ultimately, it's a new phone but was an A+ refurbished. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the phone whilst I'm still in the return window.
