yahoo messenger error(s)

hello, i am trying to help a friend solve some yahoo messenger errors. mostly a script error (the same one that occurs in internet explorer, about an error on line xx, etc) its a new install of xp pro, and not a day old, but now they get these errors, i had her run through the malware steps, none found...i had her reinstall the messenger prog, (uninstall, then delete program folder) and also the same with java. any sugg's??? how do you think that those errors could get on messenger?

 

also, the program still works through these errors, it doenst crash or anything. just anoying i guess.
