    ok i did a system restore on my computer and i think it f**** my yahoo instant messenger because when i sign on if somebody pm's me it pops up but i dont see anything it stays blank and when i type something to them i can see it in the typing box but when i enter it i cant see what i typed i dont understand..does anybody know anything please?

    I faced the same type of prblem but only once when all the smiley's were going blank.
    At that time i had my OS as Win 98. But when it restarted it never gave me any problem.
    It can actually be a trouble of your Operating System.
