Yep YP T6 not recognized

    Samsung Yep mp3 problem..seems to have caught virus and that hardware is now not recognized on any computer I've tried. The Cd provided with the unit starts the search for it but... no progress ! All suggestions gratefully recieved ! Thanks - Andrew

    Welcome to Major Geeks!
    I don't understand your last question and I don't understand everything from your first post. Did your MP3 player get a virus which is making it unrecognizable to computers in general? What firewall? How would a firewall fix it? Do you know that it got a virus or do you think it could also be a hardware problem?
