Yo to my geeks... lol

Hey there everyone....

I know, all you old timers are sitting there going... ok, how long is he back for now?? Trying to get in here daily like again cause dang it, I miss this place... LOL

Actually, since buying a home and moving in, it's tough to budget time for interwebbing it. Always have a project that needs to get done yesterday.

Interesting thing is that I've gotten back into the puter biz again a little bit doing home networking stuff... mostly locking down wireless networks and such, but it's great fun and the extra cash comes in handy now and then...

I see some of the old timers still around, and some of the younger-old timers too, and a bunch of new faces.

I'll be posting in the networking section more as I've been working up my skillz and knowledge base in that area and hope to be able to add some $.02 (that's a lot different in euros I know) to the mix to help out.

Hope everyone's doing well and I didn't miss too much.

Took me a while to warm up to the wireless thing, but I have to say, it's not a bad deal for some extra cash. Mostly word of mouth advertising, so that means the people I get to go see are coming to me based on the recommendations of others on my work, not randomly dialing me out of the phone book or an ad.

Between that and my winning personality... lol.. I can't complain. Little crazy the next couple weeks as I will be starting a new job working for Time Warner... Inbound Call Center... no real tech support, but hey, it's a start and it's a nice little bump in pay too... On top of which, time to go back to court... Looks like I'm finally going to get full custody of my son... YAY!! waiting game for the courts though.

I think that when I start at Time Warner, I may start something similar, because I know that I'm going to get some real winners on the phone.... that being said, if you call Time Warner and get a guy name Jim on the phone, mention that you checked for help on MG first, if it's me, I'll ask you what your Screen name is... LOL
