It's always "our fault". If somebody's hard drive fails, heck, blame the isp, why not? It must be their fault. If you can't figure out how to work your computer, blame some message people somewhere. Ah!

It amazes me how far out people can be. This communication was obviously NOT a joke! People really are that stupid! How do they negotiate life situations? How do they manage to live day to day?

It really does'nt matter what you say or do. Idiots with computers will always outnumber the 'polite and willing to learn' by 10 to 1

 

I, to this day, can never figure out why the cust emails support complaining that they can't recieve any email..

So I respond (VIA email) to call the help desk for support..

I know a sysadmin who got an e-mail from one of the users stating "I can't send or receive e-mail." He said it took all his will power to not respond with "Yes you can." The reason he didn't is because that user would complain about heaven not being perfect. Then mention their father was head of the city council or something like that.
