   i have tried to complete all of the steps in READ ME FIRST. i have a problem with spybot shutting down after i click "fix problems."
   
   also, in safe mode i've found duplicates of folders with an extra title. YOUR-KYBTG65GXE -- examples: administrator.YOUR-KYBTG65GXE.000 or administrator.YOUR-KYBTG65GXE.001, and others. any clues?
