Your Pc Couldn’t Start Properly

    a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed
    Error code 0xc000000f you'll need to use recovery tools if you don't have any installation media like disc or USB device contact your pc administrator or pc/device manufacturer how can I fix it by myself without return it back to the repair shop because I got my laptop out the shop today because they were upgrading parts inside on my laptop now this issues?

    Take it back to the shop. They didn't fix it properly if you are seeing an error when you turn on your laptop.
