While running SmitFraudFix may have fixed your problem with YourPrivacyGuard, your PC may not be entirely clean. And rarely do all the EXACT steps given for one PC apply for another PC. You should consider running the below and attaching all of the requested logs to make sure your PC is clean:

Read & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Are you running the On Screen Keyboard? I refer to the below:
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [] OSK.exe

Yeah I was running the On-Screen Keyboard at the time :)

You don't need the below as they are duplicates of the newer procedures that are in the base C:\MGtools folder.
    Code:
    "C:\MGTools\GetRunKey\"
    getrun~1.bat Jun 5 2007 69129 "GetRunKey.bat"
    grep.exe Apr 14 2003 80412 "grep.exe"
    locate.com Jan 13 2005 11254 "locate.com"
    ltime.exe Oct 28 1986 13184 "ltime.exe"
    swreg.exe Feb 15 2007 139776 "swreg.exe"
    "C:\MGTools\ShowNew\"
    grep.exe Apr 14 2003 80412 "grep.exe"
    locate.com Jan 13 2005 11254 "locate.com"
    ltime.exe Oct 28 1986 13184 "ltime.exe"
    shownew.bat May 22 2007 48125 "ShowNew.bat"
Thus you should delete the below two folders:
    C:\MGTools\GetRunKey
    C:\MGTools\ShowNew

It's a good thing I had you run the cleaning steps. You are still infected.
While I look thru all of your logs and work up a fix, you can do the below.

First you did not update to the current version of Spybot given in the READ ME. You have version 1.4 and the current version is 1.5. You should uninstall the old version and update. Be sure to not allow the Teatimer option during installation.

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
    Java(TM) 6 Update 2
    Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1
Viewpoint Media Player <-- should have been uninstalled in step 0 of the READ ME

Make sure you reboot after uninstalling the above!

After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it
double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Now download The Avenger by Swandog46, and save it to your Desktop.
    • Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop
    • Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    • Check the 'Input script manually' box.
    • Click on the magnifying glass icon.
    • Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it in the box that opens:
    • Now click the 'Done' button.
    • Click on the traffic light icon and OK the prompt.
    • You will be prompted to restart, OK the prompt and your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    • A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt
    Now run Ccleaner!

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Avenger.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

It seems to be running OK, but it seemed like that before I did all this new stuff, so I'm unsure! :)

Yeah but now you are really clean..... well almost.

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3CE12841-9438-48A0-9DA9-D3D2D3D562CC} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe"
    O21 - SSODL: nopctrl - {4BE4B04B-C97B-47D8-B489-6A7222B5D8E0} - (no file)
    O21 - SSODL: ddkret - {18614B29-C9F1-48C4-9060-6B64F25D9E9C} - (no file)

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.

If the above all get fixed we will be finished removing malware and I will post final instructions.

    You're welcome. Your clean!

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. If we used Pocket Killbox during your cleanup, do the below
      • Run Pocket Killbox and select File, Cleanup, Delete All Backups
    2. If we used ComboFix, you can delete the ComboFix.exe file, C:\ComboFix folder, C:\QooBox folder, C:\WINDOWS\nircmd.exe, C:\combofix.txt and C:\ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt logs that was created.
    3. If we user SDFix you can delete all the SDFix related files and folders from your Desktop or whereever you installed it.
    4. If we used SmitFraudFix, you can delete all files and folders related to it now including the c:\rapport.txt log.
    5. If we used VundoFix, you can delete the VundoFix.exe file and the C:\VundoFix Backups folder and C:\vundofix.txt log that was created.
    6. If we had your run FixWareOut, you can delete the Fixwareout.exe file and the C:\fixwareout folder.
    7. If we had you run Avenger, you can delete all files related to Avenger now.
    8. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    9. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\newfiles.txt, C:\runkeys.txt, C:\GetUnKey.txt, and C:\MGlogs.zip logs that were created
    10. If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • go back to step 8 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    11. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
