   Hello,
   
   I have a PC that when I try to play any Youtube Video whether it is thru Firefox, IE or AOL's browser it freezes between the 5 and 11 second mark and will not resume.
   
   Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling flash, malware scans, reinstall video drivers...
   
   Any advice?
