ZA problems

I have been using Zonealarm for years and I just reinstalled my software ZA suite and it won't update to the 7.0 version, it states it is already up to date at 6.??. Is this likely the program malfunctioning or something else? I tried unistalling it 4 times and reinstalling it with no successs. Also, I even changed license keys and it still produces the same result - I had a second license key. In case it is significant I installed spyware sweeper and think this may have interfered with the setup. I unistalled it but could this program be used with ZA?

Also, ZA makes my pc sort of hang when I startup and I'm pretty sure it is this program cause when I uninstalled it a few times my pc starts up great. Any input on this?
