Zedo/Intelligent Adviser - help!!!

Hi there,

I stupidly downloaded a file called playMP3z and it has infected my PC with zedo/intelligent adviser pop ups?? Am not a PC expert but have ran the usual malware/virus scanning tools but the problem keeps coming back. Can anyone help with this?
