I think you have to have "Disk 0 Unallocated Space" highlighted first.

There is no option for "Disk 0 Unallocated Space"

Do you know what this partition is for? Note, it was your D: drive when you were able to boot into Windows.
    Code:
    2 Drive d: () (Fixed) (Total:229.63 GB) (Free:213.26 GB) NTFS
    Disk 0 partition 4 229.6 GB 213.3 GB Logical
Edit: If there is not a Unallocated Space, that is why New is grayed out. We will need to delete one partition, preferably one that doesn't have any of your data on it!

No idea, I only have a basic understanding for programing

No problem. Do you know which drive you had your important files on?

Was it C: which is your Operating system (OS) drive or was it D: which appears to be a partition created just for data storage. Unless it's put there but Dell which I doubt they would reserve that much. The D: partition is huge but the C: partition is very small (mostly only contains your OS).

We can find out what is on the drive. Try the fixlist below and use FRST => Fix again so we can gather a bit more information about the existing partitions.

A little while back I had to get help from my Dad because the memory on one drive was almost full. He made it so the new saved items were held on another drive. I think info was originally saved on C but now on D. So data might be on a little of both

We could copy over any items that are currently C: over to D: and then install Windows on top of C:

Let me know which route you want to take and I'll try to help you out. Sorry about all this by the way.

Ok first I think we should copy over your existing data from C: over to a new folder on D:

Use the following fixlist.txt and attach the fixlog.txt when finished.
Be patient for this fix because it should take longer than all the previous ones.

Ok that seems to have worked. Now we should load up the Windows 7 disc, go into Install Now.

Remember when you listed the following?
You are going to highlight the red item listed above and go to Drive Options (Advanced) => Delete

Now you should see a "Unallocated Space" item around 58GB and you are just going to highlight this and select Next so that we install Windows 7 here (on Unallocated Space).

Let me know if you run into any obstacles along the way.
If successful, you should be able to boot into Windows 7 and all your data will be on the D: partition
