Zlob.DNSChanger removal. URGENT! PLEASE HELP!

    I'm on Windows Vista and having a bit of trouble with removing the Zlob.DNSChanger. I want to use chaslang's solution, but I'm a bit afraid I might mess something up. If someone can help lead me through the process of getting this off of my computer I would be very grateful. It's infecting two other computers on my line, so the quicker I get rid of it the better.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
