Zlob trojan on vista

Hi,

My son has managed to infect my machine with the zlob tojan from a dodgy activex download... I have run hijack this and here is the logfile. I'm running windows Vista premium edition and use this machine for internet banking. Any help would be very much appreciated - please could you explain in idiot language as I'm not very bright when it comes to vista.
