Zone Alarm and network problems

    ok, i got zone alarm firewall free version, and when i have it on, no one on my network can access my computer, so i have to disable it when they need to get stuff off my comp, is there a way i can just like allow their IPs or something? its really annoying and might be dangerouse, so what can i do?

    open the control panel, click the firewall option, then the zones tab. click the add button then select the option that suits your needs.

    firewall option??? i dont see firewall in control panel.... did u leave out something???? i have xp sp1
