    Hi Guys,

How do you add a port to Zone Alarm, a UDP port, I use a torrent client and I have added its permission in the program group, but I get told by the program itself that it's firewalled. So I did a test and indeed its blocked, I know the port number, but I cannot find anywhere in ZA how to allow a port permission?

Hmmm... Zone Alarm actually uses program-level controls to allow or deny traffic. It is SUPPOSED to give you a pop up when the program tries to access the (inter)network.

However, I found ZA is pretty damn inconsistent when it comes to this. And sometimes programs got blocked without my knowledge. This link contains the user guides for the free versions of ZA. This should tell you how to configure the firewall to allow your bittorrent client access.
