Zone Labs Client - cant get rid of it!

I uninstalled Zone Alarm some time ago. When I run my startups on RegCleaner, Zone Labs Client pops up. I remove it from startup and it pops right back up. I delete the backups and it pops right back up. Nothing related to Zone Alarm is listed in a program that I can remove. There is nothing about Zone Alarm or Zone Labs Client listed in the uninstaller part of CCleaner or RegCleaner, but when I "scan for issues" in CCleaner sometimes it is listed as an "issue". I delete it and it pops back up. There is nothing about Zone Alarm or Zone Labs Client when I go to start => run programs. When I go to Control Panel => add or delete programs, it is not there.

I figure anything that can not be deleted must be bad. Help, please!
