ZoneAlarm Red X at PC Shutdown

I have noticed that sometimes when I shutdown my PC, a moment before everything ends, the ZoneAlarm icon in the tray will turn into a Red X. Someone on ZoneAlarm forums asked about this same thing back in March but did not get a reply. (I was going to direct my question there first but for some reason today I cannot even get registered successfully for their forms.)

Anyone have a thought on this?

 

It just means that TrueVector service is shut down, which is normal if you're turning off your computer.
