    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    ZoneAlarm is totally off base. MGtools could just as easily declare ZoneAlarm to be malware based upon the activities it performs (like downloadin other files, modifying the registry, depositing files in various locations); however we are smart enough to know the difference between real malware and tools used to help remove the malware that commercial software does not find or remove. ;)

    I figured that ZA was off base on that one.
    I was able to download MGtools an use it on the "sick" machine.
