Zortam question please

Hi everyone,
I have Zortam Mp3 Media Studio Pro and you have to download Nero for the CD burner to work. I tried it and I didn't like it. Nero slowed down my computer, and didn't record well. I asked Zortam if I could make any other program work with Zortam and I didn't get an answer. Can anyone tell me how to install another program to burn CD's through Zortam? Most music programs have volume normalizing while you are listening to them, but, I like Zortam because it will record with volume normalizing. Thaks for your time.
