zzagp.dll

    I recently removed a virus successfully. But since then there are two problems:

    1. When the computer starts a window pops up stating that zzagp.dll cannot be loaded. What is it, how can the need to load it be removed?

    2. Windows explorer "crashes". The display goes to basic colors. Most things work, but ALT-TAB switching between windows, for example, won't work.

    It's host process that shuts down, not windows explorer crashing, BTW.

    You still have some reminents of malware on your PC the best thing to do is to follow the below and once completed start a new thread in our malware forum and attach the requested logs and the folks there will sort you out

    I cannot perform the initial procedures. Any time a program is downloaded, like CCLeaner, it is immediately deleted when download completes. It is not in the trash, and there is no sign of it so it cannot be run.
