ZZK26 (browser hijacker?)

I've run all the steps I'm supposed to and I think my parents computer is alright, but here are the scans, please let me know if more needs to be done.

When I ran the Panda ActiveScan, it said

An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #97.39f94cf.1163319468.280f98f

I also had an error (but I haven't seen it for awhile) similar to the ZZK26 called GJeans30. Both included the following text.

Run-time error '37654':
Still executing last request

The specifics of the computer are:

Custom Built
American Megatrends AMIBIOS, K7S5A Release 10/29/2002 S
AMD Ahtlon, 1.15GHz
768 MB of RAM
Windows XP Professional
