A virus is preventing me to installed antivirus to my laptop...so can any one help me with this problem i bey u....:cry

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs in the Malware Forum when you finish these instructions.

• If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.
  • TDSSserv Non-Plug & Play Driver Disable
• If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Helpful Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
3. To avoid addtional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advise that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!. Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

I just bought that laptop for 2 month its a mac...using Mac10 as the OS.

So can this step work in Mac OS system?

 

i would suggest posting in the malware forum, after running all those scans, to have one of the experienced people check out your logs, to be fully sure you are all clear....

Hello, Kahak :wave I enlisted about three months ago, and at the time I'd never driven a computer before. I got malware after about two weeks as I wasn't sure what should be in place security wise. A friend reccommended MGs. Following the steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide can be daunting at first. I followed the guide, it took a bit of time and patience but I got there. Malware gone. Two months later, still clean. All the security on my PC has been found at MGs. You'll be OK, trust in the Geek.

You will do fine. If you don't understand something just ask. There are tons of answers in this forum and that many more plus to help you find it. There are NO question around here that are dumb. Well maybe rolleyes but not about Malware or anything that can harm you're computer. So look around and read the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide like they said and you'll do fine. just noticed you said it's a mac, there's no instructions on the page listed. I've heard clamx is good, just need to choose which version you need on this page:
