I got what i thought was a virus on my pc and it took days to find it to get rid of it, I used all sorts of programs and cleaners and this kept comming back.
so I entered the registry thinking , right I might have to format any way.
    I found this file -----Tlivya.exe
now not thinking fast enough as i was pretty upset any way, I should have kept a record on every thing I did. well i did not but still kept the name of the one item i needed to find.
So I am sorry I can not give your techs more info, but I think you will find this handy in the near future as i seem to be one of the first to get hit with this,
    then I might not be.
I also found above the Tlivya.exe file in the registry 4 other types of unknown files just above the Tlivya.exe file which I also deleted they had the initials some thing like --- TLD gee I am not sure now.
the only reason I am sending this in to you guys is that you have helped me before and I hope this file name will now help you, :) sorta pay back, you know.
if you need more info I will try to answer
    cheers
    rolleyes

Plugged the file into google... not getting much returned.
Could have been TDL. You still have malware problems? Perhaps something still remains?

this would not surprise me, what would you like me to run to check?
it would be nice to have a completely clean pc as this pc runs a lot of ram

Please read ALL of this message including the notes before doing anything.

Pleases follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

I tried to follow all instructions on the help page
I cleaned every thing i could possibly do, hoping I had done every thing right.
    now.??
Now I am in deep **** I went through every thing and did a registry scan with Uniblu RegistryBooster and fixed the problems,
Computer went great for a start then I rebooted, now I have
    1. RunDLL problem
    a. There was a problem starting
    C:Users\Jeff\AppData\Local\nvrsolemulti\nvrsolemulti.dll
The specified module could not be found.
    2. Malwarebytes’Anti-malware

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have clicked on quit for the time being as it will not disappear off the front of any page.
I think I must have stuffed up here,
normally I would not have done a registry booster but as it was recommended I trusted it.
I am sorry for not getting back to this sooner , but I went through a lot of things before getting back to you.
thanks for your help any way

I certainly do not trust or recommend it. You mentioned you had troubles with MalwareBytes but the instructions did say if something fails, one step does not work, then to move onto the next...so keep going. :)

    Where?

Follow as much of the instructions in post # 6 as possible and attach the logs. I know you had no luck with Malware Bytes but there's more to try than that. ;) Have you actually looked at all of the instructions or not?
No, you just told me about errors relating to Malware Bytes.

No thanks. Because when you finally follow my instructions (If you are able to of course, if one step fails, move ointo next) then I will end up with an attached MGlogs.zip file which will actually contain a Hijackthis log anyway. :) This is what I am gearing you towards doing... following instructions so I can analyse logs and give you feedback/fixes if necesary.

You need to run this (if you can) and then start to follow as much of the instructions in my post # 6 as possible, and then begin to attach the logs for my reviewal. HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

I want you to run TDSSKiller so refer to the below for how to do so.

    TDSSkiller - How to run

Ok before I came here I did updates and scans with the following
    Kaspersky security...... found 3 trojans
Malwarebytes...... found a few Trojans and malware
    Superantispyware ...found 34 malware
    Sophos..................found Tlivya.exe
    TDSSkiller.............. found nothing

The sophos found a file called Tlivya.exe it appeared to have deleted it in safe mode
But when I came back to full mode i had the same problem again, so went into the registry and found Tlivya.exe again so deleted it in the registry
I did not have problems with it after that,

I wasn’t having problems with the malwarebytes or other errors until I ran uniblue,

I presume I am doing all this again?
So will do every thing in #6 again

Please bear with me until I do all the scans again and try to follow your instructions
I will this time keep the logs
