Where are the logs after going through that tutorial.

By doing this i have realized my computer has had alot more problems than expected. I dowloaded a game a day or two ago and this "Progetto1.int_ver34" hijacked my browser and went to abunch of prono sites. I have also notice my broadband connection is running like dial up connection when surfing the internet. Im not the greatest with computers so i couldnt identify any other problems. I hope this will help.

I have one problem that i caused, when i ran the spybot the first time it came up it a bunch of things, roughly about the first 20 things already had Quarentine or delete beside them and my brother press stuff and it didnt save the log. But i ran it a second time and the 50 things that were left over i fixed them and saved the log. I remeber there being about 15 HIgh risk things the first time i ran it so i guess they were not logged because that portion of the report wasnt saved :( After doing all these scans i have noticed an increase in speed while surfing the net.

Thanks for the help so far, you guys are awesome!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

As instructed in the READ ME, MGtools.exe must be saved and run from C:\MGtools.exe You put it in C:\MG Tools\MGtools.exe and this may have been the reason that it did not work properly for you. Pleases move the file to C:\MGtools.exe but do not run it again at this time. We will run it later.

First run this Trojan.Win32.Agent.akk Removal Procedure

Now rerun the C:\MGtools.exe file and attach the C:\MGlogs.exe file.

    My other thread was http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=145320

PS I dont know if i mentioned the problem that my computer runs pretty slow, but i have a 7 year old Dell Dimension 8100 thats full of junk, i dunno if it runs slow cuz of the junk or the virus's/spyware/malware/etc

Thanks For Your Patience and Help,

    Re: Another Log

Sorry about that. I assumed you had installed Windows on drive C. My instructions in message number 3 are not really as good as the ones in the READ ME which say to put MGtools in the root folder of your Windows boot drive. For you this would be drive D. Put MGtools.exe on drive D so you have D:\MGtools.exe and then run MGtools.exe. Now look for D:\MGlogs.zip and attach it.
