Bad Spam

I have been getting spammed in my email for 2 days now. I ran adware, and malware bytes. I have attached the reports. I also ran CCleaner, windows defender. Except for the adware the other malware programs found nothing. I have contacted my ISP and they were useless. Please help. I am still getting spammed and don't know what to do. It has slowed down a bit with the add adware fix, but it is still happening. I seem to be getting them every 10 seconds.

 

If you are talking about receiving spam emails then that doesn't sound like malware to me. And if you did think you had malware on your system, this is the wrong forum to have logs analysed. The Specialist Malware forum is for that but you would have to complete all the steps in the Read Me & Run Me First Guide, and attach in that other forum all the scan logs for an expert to analyse them.
If the emails appear in your main Inbox, just mark them as 'spam/junk' then they will go into that folder in future. If they are all showing in your 'spam/junk' folder already, just delete them.
If you are worried about security in your email account - then simply change the Password for it on a system you know to be clean of malware.

 

IMO you are safer using Yahoo, GMail or other large email services that have SPAM filters than using you ISP for email.
