Welcome to the forum and as Laura has posted, that is the best info to get you started, but what I would add also is that its a good ideas to also start posting in the technical forums on Majorgeeks (software, hardware etc) and answer others questions, as that is a great way to get yourself noticed for posting clear and concise accurate answers.

As to be able to remove malware you also need a good understanding of hardware and software, more so software and how applications work with the OS, plus how OSes work, the registry and file structure etc.

But welcome and wish you well in getting into malware removal, Majorgeeks has some of the best malware experts around, Chaslang is a genius and well worth reading his and the other malware removal experts posts to get a handle on whats going on and how to remove specific malwares.
