Okay, guys, I've had issues with my board/psu/games/etc, so I'm just going to come right out and ask for advice on voltages in the BIOS settings.

    Mobo: Asus M3N78 Pro
    CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 7850 Black Edition 2.80Ghz
    Ram: 2x2GB Corsair extreme PC2-6400 800mhz
    HDD: 1xMaxtor 300Gb SATA II; 1xSeagate 160GB EIDE; 1xMDT 320GB
    PCI-e: 1xEVGA GeForce 8600 GTS 512mb (requires 1 molex power plug)
PCI: 1x802.11 Wireless Linksys Network Card
USB: 1xLinksys Compact Wireless-G USB Adapter
Drive: 1xLG Internal Super Multi DVD RW 22x Drive
    Case: Thermaltake Armor VA8003BWS
Fans: 1x25CM side fan (Blowing in); 1x12CM Silent Front fan (blowing in); 1x12CM Silent Rear Fan (Obviously, blowing out); 1x9CM Top Fan (Blowing out); 1x9CM Rear Fan (Blowing out)
PSU: CoolerMaster Cooling Power 600w w/fan, blowing out (der?)
OS: Windows XP Professional SP3 & Windows Vista Ultimate SP2

Okay, here's the thing: I got this board and it gave me shit right off the bat. Like, I press the power button, it would light up, and then the system would shut off. So, I figured overheating. I researched and found that they said pull out the lithium bios battery and put it back in to reset the BIOS settings and change everything back to AUTO to have a great running system. I am NOT trying to overclock, so I figured this step was for me. I did just that, but, I got the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. So, after a bit more research, I got a few people saying VOLTAGES were overheating components. Okay, that's all great, but I still think that I may have the voltages off by a few margins. Here is what I've got, for the most part:

    DRAM
    Timing: Auto
Memory Clock Frequency: Auto (Optional: 633, 800, 1033)
    Gang Mode: Auto

    Jumper Free Settings
AI Tuning: Auto (Optional: Manual, Standard, Overclock)
Memory Voltage: Auto (About 8 options here, can't write em' all)
    1.2V HT Volt: 1.425
    NB Chip Volt 1.313
    CPU-NB Multiplier: Auto (1x-16x)
    CPU-NB Voltage: 1.2500
    CPU Voltage: 1.2500

Any help is appreciated. I don't know if this system is dialed in ok, or what, but I would love to just know what you guys think of these numbers. Thanks again!

If you are not trying to overclock you shouldn't worry about CPU and ram voltage as those are set by the bios automatically. However I would check your 12+ +5 and +3.3 Voltages and post your results here. Your PSU could be bad or going out.

Ran an OCCT test a few days ago, the results are here (Click Me). Just scroll down a bit ;-)

Anyways, I've TRIED letting the board do these things auto, but it overheats if I do that.

There is an issue then if you set the voltages to auto and your system overheats. To low voltage can cause system to become unstable. Are you sure your pc is free of dust?

100% sure. I clean the system, fans, dust, heatsink on the CPU, 100% every week or other week, perfectly.

Okay from here we can see that the "7850" wants a CPU Core Voltage (aka vCore) of ~1.2-1.25 or 1.05-1.325 (AMD site):

    http://products.amd.com/pages/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=535
    http://mysite.verizon.net/pchardwarelinks/elec.htm#amd
    http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2009/04/28/amd-athlon-x2-7850-black-edition-cpu-review/2

We can see from your OCCT run that your vCore oscillated around 1.21-1.232 with a 1.30% ripple (that's quite nice).

Your temp look fine in the OCCT run for the CPU but the Video Card is looking hot at idle 82C but with loading it only hits 83C.

    Here is your manual:

Another tool of use will be CPU-Z 1.52.5 Beta which allows you to get the RAM frequencies (volts aka vDIMM) and timings, get those while in the OS and write them down.

On page 4-19 are the values of interest. Manual settings can sometimes improve stability because AUTO settings can often "overvolt" hardware once in the OS.

    I would "manually" set:
CPU VTT Voltage: 1.25v (if you temps are still very cool I would consider even 1.26-1.275 to see if this help CPU stability but YOU MUST WATCH THE TEMPS)
Memory Voltage (to the value u get from CPU-z)
    PCIE Clock: 100

The rest I would leave on AUTO for the moment and see if that helps. The next thing to consider will be to ensure you have "manually" set the RAM timing and make them loose for the moment.

Here is an excellent discussion thread on "7850" and you may glean a lot of info from there:
