browser hijack wont let read and run!!

    Hi there

    Got my browser hijacked. Came on and found the read and run guide. Did as much as I could, wouldnt let me run SAS but got round that by using RUNSAS.EXE.
    I will attach the log.
    Cannot run Malwarebytes and rootrepeal just gave an error
    Combofix wont run
    MGtools ran and log attached.
    Also attached a hijack this log as well.
    PS
    wouldnt let me ron spybot either.
    I am a bit of a novice and need help!!
