You have at least two different infections here. ZeroAccess and the German ransom you have experienced.

This fix should at least allow you to get back into Windows but I suspect that your internet will be broken due to the ZeroAccess rootkit. TDSSKiller or ComboFix may fix this automatically when you get to those steps.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

    Attached is fixlist.txt
    • Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

    Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

    Now attempt to boot normally.

    __

    Now run this tool:

http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/3557/tdsskiller.gif I want you to read and follow these instructions: TDSSKiller - How to run

    __

    Afterwards run,

    http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/4930/combofix.gif ComboFix
Click here for instructions on how to run it.

Attach the logs from TDSSKiller and ComboFix when finished.

Let me know if you have trouble along the way.

    Retry ComboFix from Safe Mode.
Follow all the prompts. If an application from ComboFix crashes e.g. pev.3xe , just press OK so it can try to continue and produce a log.

Ok good. Just let it continue. It can take a while. There are 50 stages for it to complete.

i'ts on for like 30 min, still scanning for infected files, don't see "stages"... maybe it's stuck `?

    Maybe.
If you have trouble running a scan, just continue onto the next one and attach the logs you were able to gather when finished.
