Cant Seem to get rid of Spyware and a Trojan

Good Evening chaps,

I recently let a younger family member use my pc to come back and find a pop up thing that kept directing my Firefox to a virus/spyware removal website!

I have done everything in the Read & Run this first thread, yet still seem to have things hiding in my pc.

Now im not much of a PC orientated person, so after trying all that I have resigned myself to asking the assistance of the knowledge here.

I have all the files necessary, apart from the bitdefender as i forgot to get the report. I hope this isnt a major problem as it took a good few hours to scan! If necessary i can redo it and add to the post.

Heres the files as needed, i hope someone can help me clean up this pc!

I use currently AVG Free version, and Windows Firewall.

Am i also right in suggesting that these malware removal programs actually infect you to get you to buy their software?

If so thats horrific!
