Chrome Popup Ads

Hi,

For the last few weeks, I have been receiving popup ads on Chrome.
I have conducted several scans using: Malwarebytes, Rogue Killer, Zemana Antimalware, Combofix, rkill, HitmanPro and wiped the restore points. I have reset Chrome to its default state, unistalled it and reinstalled it. I am still getting popups.

Any suggestions?
