ComboFix will not install/run

    Trying to follow the "read and run me first" procedures and when I get to the ComboFix step, I get several error messages such as

    Windows cannot find '32788R22FWJFW\iexplore.exe, \hidec.exe, \n.pif, or \nircmd.cfxxe.

    Each time I click the "OK" button in the error message, one of these pops up again. This repeats many times until eventually the message boxes stop coming up.

    There is a folder in the root of C: with the same 327xxx alphanumeric as shown above.

    I have continued the cleaning process, but Malwarebytes still reports Trojan.Banker with the offending file listed as C:\WINDOWS\system32\AcroIEHelpe.dll.

    What to do next?

    Did you shutdown your protection software before trying to run ComboFix as is requested?

    You need to do what the instructions stated. And that is finish running all of the READ & RUN ME and then attach the logs requested. The first part of the instructions said this
