But to start you off here is the first set of steps we will need you to run, so once the logs are created and you have attached them to your next post in this thread, one of out malware experts will be along as soon as they can to review your logs and issue you any further manual removal instructions if needed.


Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

Everything is explained in the READ & RUN ME instructions you need to complete all steps in the order given. Don't skip around and you should be able to complete them. The list of required logs is given at the end of the instructions. SUPERAntispyware was one of them. ComboFix and MGlogs.zip were the others. The READ ME did not ask you to download HijackThis.

If you cannot run CCleaner then just run the below instead:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. This program does not require an installation. The executable actually runs the program.

NOTE: This program is for Windows XP and Windows 2000 only. ATF Cleaner will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save. Please move them to a different directory first.

• Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
• Under Main choose: Select All
• Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser

• Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
• Click the Empty Selected button.
  • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser

• Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
• Click the Empty Selected button.
  • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main ATF Cleaner menu to close the program.
