Did malware procedures but still have issue with pop-up

Hi and thank you in advance for your help.
I have a pop-up that says "Error Message... You've been infected with a trojan". I have already read the other posts related to this message and followed procedures. I ran through the malware procedures you have on this forum, and downloaded the applications listed. I only run AVG, and I typically use Ad-Aware for spyware. I have downloaded CCleaner, Spybot S&D, ComboFix, AWF, ran AVG, got a HijackThis log and made the files unhidden, as well as toggled the restore button. I also went through the Hijackthis log, like your link on this website says to do.
I have attached a few attachments in hoping someone could help me.

Here are the Smitfraud logs. I don't know what the logs say...

It appears that you have been hit by a member of the IEdefdender family of infections.

Please run this: Trojan.Win32.Agent.akk (aka IEDefender) Removal Procedure and then attach the requested log.

Also tell us how things are working after running the above.
