Did READ & RUN ME; still Google problems

Two days ago (Wednesday Apr. 1, evening) my Firefox browser started having problems. I would Google something, but when I clicked on any of the results, most of them would redirect to random sites. My AIM program also started randomly closing. I ran Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware, which I'd already had downloaded. They found a few things, but the problem persisted.

Then I went to your RUN & READ ME thread, following every step.

SUPERAntiSpyware started to have some problems running. I had to sneak around to get a scan, and even then every time I try to update it, it freezes. I renamed is SomeAuralSystem but that didn’t help.

Could not run ComboFix, and when I try to go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix , it just brings up a blank webpage.

My logs are attached. I put both the SAS log that I did first (which found problems) and the most recent one, which was clean. If you can help in any way, I would love you forever. ^_^
