Do I Have A Virus Or Is There A Problem With My Pc?

Just this morning I tried to use Google in Firefox and IE and randomly got a blue screen (not BSOD) with a message that there were problems with my computer and I should phone Microsoft at 18882855884.

I googled the number with no success. I'm reluctant to try and bring up the page again in case it breaks something, but I will if anyone thinks they can help if I provide more details.

I am running Windows 7 on a Desktop PC.

I ran AVG free and that didn't find anything. I also have AdAware, Malwarebytes and IOBIT Malware fighter on my PC. Should I get rid of some and keep others?

(I don't know if it is related, but also today I got the following threat from AVG - "Trojan horse Exploit.SWF_c.BAC - I went online and found that this was an error with AVG, and an update seemed to fix it)

Thanks for any advice anyone can give on this.

When I Google YouTube, if I go to the site from the Google results page using the link that comes in third on the page, which is the first one without the tag "AD" before it, it works fine.

If I click on the first link that comes in on the Google results page, one with the tag "AD" before it, it says it is the same YouTube URL, but I get a red page with this message, below. This is not the same blue page message I mention in my opening post in this thread. It changed.

Here is the message I copied and pasted.

Here is a copy and paste of the other screen I get. I had to go into CTRL-ALT-DEL to shut down IE when this came up.

    Any ideas? Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. I'll read the link you posted. I assume one doesn't ever click on the "OK" button in the box there?

Is this a virus or malware that is on my system, or is it something that is in the links I click from the Google page.

Sorry for being so thick, it's been years since I knew anything about computers.

Possibly both since the message and page has changed. Personally I would still check my machine for malware.
