My computer is infected with malware. I read the earlier thread and tried to follow the instructions but i could´nt find "TDSSserv.sys". I have
(Avast installed as anti virus, lavasoft Ad-Aware, Pc-tools registry mechanic and Malwarebytes anti malware )
My problem is that i can not update lavasoft.
My windows update is not even working.
I can not update my Anti Malware.
My internet explorer is not working properly and wont run from the quick start beside the start button.
I am using XP in case u wanna know.
    What can i do?

As wrote before have i tried to follow instructions from this thread where i couldnt find TDTSserv.sys.

click Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > View > Show Hidden Devices.
Scroll down to “Non-plug and Play Drivers” and click the plus icon to open those drivers.
    Then search forTDSSserv.sys
Let me know if you find this or not.
If you do find it, right click on it, and select Disable. Do not try to uninstall it.
Also if TDSSserv.sys is found and you disable it, then reboot.
After reboot continue on with the below cleaning instructions.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You need to continue on with all of the cleaning instructions and attach the requested logs when finished as stated in the thread you were looking at.

i´m done with the cleaning part. I scaned with ccleaner, registry mechanic and everything else i could. But i´m not the biggest comp. nerd. Therefore i have to ask u which kind of logs you are requesting for and where can i find them?

ps: Thanks for the quick answer.

Our cleaning procedures do not ask for you to run Registry Mechanic nor would we want you to do that. It also did not ask you to run SmitFraudFix. You need to run our cleaning procedure (the READ & RUN ME FIRST sticky thread) and attach the requested logs which are clearly spelled out. The below is a direct quote
