Help Please!!! Warning you may have spyware/adware

Hey guys I'm new here and need some help. Just yesterday on my internet explorer a message came up that says Warning ! You may have spyware/adware ..Click here to run .....

And if you click it it sends you to a bunch of different sites to "download" a spyware removal program but I know that's not the case. I've ran AVG and AdAware and the popups continue. its almost impossible to do anything on my computer when I have to click off 20 pop ups every minute. It also installed a toolbar of some sort on Explorer saying Scan for spyware...Scan for Viruses....Spam Protection and if you click that it sends you to those same sites.

I was wondering what I could do to stop this its driving me crazy. I know some about computers but not a whole lot so if someone could help it'd be greatly appreciated . Thanks

Thanks I will do that in a minute when I get home from work and then post the logs . I appreciate it

 

I ran Trojan.Win32.Agent.akk (aka IEDefender) Removal Procedure first and the log file said nothing was wrong so I did the Read and Run Me First and once I ran the combo fix the pop ups stopped and the toolbar went away but I continued to do everything else it said in there so here are my logs.
Thanks again for the help guys let me know what else I may need to do.
