helping my mother out

I am helping my mother out and she just bought a new computer at a yard sale. We were told by a person to search online and download stuff to get clean up the computer. Anyways I found your site. I hope I scanned the correct things and there was a few errors. I don't have .net but what does this mean? Also there was an error in root scan program that I posted what the error was in the log itself. Another thing is theres a lot of folders/files I don't know but there just sitting in the computer c: and crogram files and some are even empty and some folders are labled with random letters and numbers that don't make sense. Maybe this is from past malware in it.. but I dont know. Anyways I would like to get rid of these empty/folders/files she doesnt need..

 

Bump to add my other file. Another thing is I dont know how to get rid of the combofix and mgtools made lots of files in the C: So how do i get rid of them.. I kept them incase I need them again. Thanks for help
