Hijack this log

I ran all of the programs as suggested (Adaware, Spybot, etc.). I am now looking at the HijackThis logfile and running it through the online analyzers. Now I am getting a little nervous. I have deleted a few entrys and it has helped, but this machine still runs like there is something else running in the background. Could you have a look at this logfile and make a suggestion or two. I am particularly interested in the system process C:\windows\system32\MsPMSPSv.exe. "I am not a Geek"s analyzer listed this one as a good candidate for removal, but I don't see how to remove a running process.

What is the purpose of you posting a log? Are you having any malware problems? Or are you just having problems that you think your system is running slow (but relative to what)?

Your log is clean. The process you mentioned it for this:

This is not malware. It just may be something unnecessary but so are a lot of other things most people run.

My system is clean? Thanks! This is my first try at malware. There's a lot I don't understand. Sounds like the online cleaners directed me correctly. The system still seems to run slow, but that may be due to rising expectations.

There are always other scanners that can be run to check to see if anything else is lurking in the background. A clean HJT log does not mean a system is free of malware. It simple means based on what HJT has been designed to show, nothing is visible. You could try running the below (I would uninstall the first two of them at some point after running them because they will slow things down in the long run too):
