I am so confused! DIO Cleaner

    I am having the same problem as the DIO cleaner! The add keeps popping up and my desktop says my computer has been hacked, and I am confused on what to do So can someone PLEASE help me figure this out?

    I followed the instructions carefully but my background is still black and displays the hack message and I still have DIO Popups!
