i have tried everything now "I NEED YOU"

I am having a few problems some may be easy to solve some hard.
1. I cant get on any microsoft wesites.
2. When i download a program from the internet (this includes torrents which i use vuze, i know naughty) it goes automatically to windows downloader starts but then stops at 1% and freezes so no download, so cant download anything to helpclear problems.
3. when i press the "back" button on internet explorer it just refreshes to same page if i double click it goes back to home page.

I have managed to get superantispyware on here and run it cleared aloot of stuff and got malwarebytes which my computer will only let me run in "safe mode with networking" which again has cleared things, i am running "microsoft security essentials" anti virus but all that keeps telling me is "scan now" or "restart" in amber canbt get it to go green again, windowsw defender wont open and run, spyware doctor clears stuff. But none of these have solved problems. HEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP:cry

 

ps i am running vista 32 bit service pack 2 and IE9

4th problem which is a bit wierd is in startup there is a file which i cant delete or untick called "bghfawrb.exe", have googled it and it comes up a complete blank

 

Just to let you know all of my problems have been resolved thanks to the instructions from TimW.
I think my main problem was "bghfawrb.exe" it must have been somesort of virus command but all the programs i used eventually cleared.
