I have a ton of popups, I dunno how I got them. I installed all the proper things done in the preventing malware thread over a year ago, but my roomate has been using my computer recently and I can barely do anything now. I took all the proper steps to my knowledge of what to run/install except for the fact that the BitDefender and PandaScan would not complete. Attached is my log. If I am missing something, let me know.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

NOTE: You must not use msconfig to control startups like you are doing and HJT logs must be from normal boot mode.

Since you have a look to me infection, run this first: Look2Me VX2 Removal
Then continue on to the below!
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis

Well I did that yesterday for about 6 hours, like I said the other 2 scans would not complete. Look2Me would not delete either altho both adaware and spybot showed I had it. Kill2Me didn't even detect it. Like I said, everything ran except for Panda Scan and Bitdefender, hence why I only have one log. I added everything back in msconfig, so thats also not an issue.

Please do not quote procedures unless it is necessary to provide relative comments at specific points. It just clutters the thread up.

If you want help, you must attach the requested logs or I cannot help you.

Did you run the Look2Me-Destroyer program? Attach the log. Kill2Me will not help you that is why I said run the Look2Me removal procedure.

What does "would not complete mean"? Did you run the scans? They take a long time to run.

According to your HijackThis log you only tried to run Bitdefender. Panda was not even started.

You also have a Qoologic infection too but I need the Destroyer log and you must run Panda and attach the log. If you cannot run Panda, explain exactly what happens and then run the below Ewido scan instead of Panda. Make sure you attach the Ewido log:

    Running Ewido Anti-Malware
