Internet now very slow and hanging on my pc only

Hi,

My laptop internet connection has slowed down horribly over the last week and hangs all the time when trying to move between web pages. However the same isn't happening on my girlfriends pc using the same wifi connection so I'm thinking malware is a likely issue?

I've gone through the malware removal procedure on here but it doesn't seem to have fixed it, I've attached my reports for someone who knows what it means to take a look at if possible?

I've also just posted this thread but when I clicked on submit everything hung for a while then froze completely, I've searched the site but can't find it so I don't think it posted, however apologies if it did and this is the second time I'm posting this.

• Save it to your desktop.
• Right mouse click on the OTL icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator
• Check the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
• Check the "Standard Output".
• Change the setting of "Drivers" and "Services" to "All"
