The one who replied to my problem not being able to load ccleaner and firefox. It may have been "earthling" who mentioned "malware".
Thank you, I downloaded spybot and while I don't understand how to use it it, I most have clicked the proper thing. I then was able to load ccleaner and firefox. I have not be able so far to run a scan have not been able to get it to work.

I am going to look for a free malware to use. I,m cheap

Why don't you follow the advice that I gave you on Aug. 24th? All of those tools are free and the guide gives step-by-step instructions.
