Major Problem......

    O.K. So I was downloading a file off Limewire, as soon as the file opened, my virus protection Symantic antivirus popped up and said severe virus detected. It asked me if I'd like to quarantine and delete so I did and then the computer screen went blue with little white scribbles on it, then the computer automatically restarts and asks me if I'd like to restart in safe mode, if I choose to do just a regular start it only gets as far as loading everything up and then bam! same blue screen with the scribbles.

    I've started in safe mode and tried to run a virus scan but it comes back with an error report and a codebefore it can even start the scan. I tried system restore and the computer restarts but once it loads up it says restore has failed.....Does anyone have any insight into what I should do???? What the hell is wrong with my laptop? I've tried the malware spyware must do post on here but some of the programs will not install in safe mode and I can't last long enough in regular mode before it shuts down. Please help!!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    Please try to run just the step with MGtools and get us the requested MGlogs.zip file. Hopefully we can use these logs to determine what may be going on.

    I'm sorry but we do not & cannot work from Word Documents. We also specifically informed you which logs to attach and that is the below which is a quote from the instructions.
    I understand that you are having issues that may stop you from running SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and ComboFix. But you could obviously run MGtools.exe and you need to attach only the C:\MGlogs.zip file from it and nothing else.
