Message for Malware Fighters !

Just wondered if anyone had read my post on what to attatchments to send, i know i've been a member here a month or so and some might say i should know, but last time i done a R & RMF i don't think i sent the attatchments in, in the right order, so that is why i asked so i would get it right this time. Plus i want to attatch some screen shots, to show what happened while doing the R & RMF.

Threads are viewed and answered oldest first so the Malware Fighters won't even see this until AFTER they have already seen your previous thread. You need to keep in mind that they answer hundreds of threads a day which is very time consuming re: reviewing logs, etc. Patience is your friend, especially if you want the concise, accurate, expert help which is given here at MG's.

Additionally, anything they need you to provide will be specified in your original thread. If you followed the R&R me as laid out and provided the requested information (logs & specifics about any problems you may have encountered) then you'll be fine and just need to wait your turn.:major

Cheers Abby but i done the full R&R and all i wanted to know was what logs to post so i didn't get it wrong, bcos last time i attatched ccleaner logs, and they aren't required.

If you ran the READ & RUN ME all the way thru, please explain how you are missing the below which is a direct quote from the instruction?

Step 4: Do You Still Have Problems

Yes, I’m still having problems

DO NOT run the READ ME again!!!! Please attach your logs as given below.

If you do not already have a thread started, start a new thread otherwise post the following in your original thread. Clearly describe in detail the problems you are having and how long ago they started. Think about what you were doing at the time.

Now you need to attach (See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post ) the below logs created while running the above scans

SASlog.txt log from SuperAntiSpyware.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

ComboFix.txt (normally C:\ComboFix.txt)

RRlog.txt (from RootRepeal)

MGlogs.zip - normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip - only attach this log from MGtools.exe DO NOT attach any logs seen in the MGtools folder.

You should attach all of your logs in two messages after you have completed all scans. You need two messages since only 4 attachments are allowed in a single message.

Be patient after posting your logs and wait for one of the helpers to get to you. It can take a while to read thru all of the logs and to create individual fixes for you.

Also DO NOT BUMPyour thread to try and get a faster answer. This will actually significantly delay getting an answer. See this: Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!
